Zen Garden is inspired by my Japanese garden. The botanical monotypes on tissue are accented with gold leaf, flourishes, and a vermilion chop. After 30 years of cultivation, the garden, like my art, is a practice in patience. It’s not about perfection, but the quiet fulfillment found in process.
