I chose to do a mountain landscape with a sunset to build on my SI. I wanted to show the calmness and warm colors of the Sierras and the sunsets in Reno/Tahoe. I did this by using acrylic paint and layering my colors. I used warm colors for the sunset, dark colors to show the contrast of the mountains, and white specks for stars..
